On occasion there may be a need to return, exchange, or have preventative maintenance/ repair services performed on a product purchased from TransTech. In order for product to be accepted as a return, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must first be issued authorizing the return. To initiate this quick and easy process, a Request for RMA Form must be submitted. For your convenience, TransTech offers the option of submitting this request online. Simply complete the following form in its entirety and click the submit button.

Once your request is received it is quickly reviewed for authorization. Upon approval, a RMA # is issued, via email, along with complete shipping and labeling instructions.
