This new add-on feature to Datacard® ID Works® identification software not only reduces the registration time, but also provides a secure method for enrollment, verification and reporting.

When visitors check in, they simply present an approved credential — typically a government issued document. By scanning the trusted credential, the text, photo and signature are automatically populated in ID Works software. The badge is then printed (plastic or paper) and is used as an identifier for that person while they are visiting. When leaving, the visitor scans or swipes the badge and the visitor record is automatically updated.
